Potterybarn has great lamps. It's no secret that I almost always check there first when looking for elegant and interesting lighting. They almost always have something that takes me by surprise. Even their PBKids site has things that would be great in or out of a nursery. For instance, check out their super versatile Vintage Floor Lamp ($69, was $119). Love the look and the price for so many places!
