In my interior design classes, I reveal that Pottery Barn is 65% gold and 35% crap. By crap, I don't mean that their stuff is bad quality. I mean that most of their furniture is overpriced. Case in point, the Channing Tall Dresser. They have it in the clearance section of their site and are charging $999 for it--regularly $1,399--not including shipping and taxes. What a rip off!
