WTF: I Want My $30 Back

I haven't featured a WTF lately.  However, when I saw this piece, I knew I had to break the WTF dry spell.  CB2, what are you thinking?!  There are so many interesting things one can buy/do with $30.  Why would anyone choose to spend their $29.99 on Wire G-nome (was $89--can you believe it)!?  Wanna reduce your cub appeal?  Wanna terrify your neighbors?  Those are the only reasons someone would buy this unfortunate figure far as I can figure.
