My favorite West Elm is on 17th Street in Chelsea. It has personality, it has helpful staff, and it has great sale items, like the Cabriole Leg Desk ($279, was $349). I can see Jane Austen breezing through the store and deciding to pen her next novel atop this lovely, lady-style piece.
