When shopping on a budget, finding drapes with a sophisticated pattern is tough--finding drapes with a great texture is even tougher. But Anthropologie typically has something interesting that meets both criteria on their sale rack. Today, while browsing for a beach bungalow on Long Island, I came upon their Waving Stripes Panel. Lovely and $79 (was $148). Perfect!
