Since I was a small gal, my mother made mini cupcakes for all my school functions. Birthdays, holidays, and, of course, Halloween all came with a case of cupcakes for me and my chums. The only thing that would have made them better is if they had been decorated with William Sonoma's Halloween Cupcake Decorations. Even back then, we could have afforded their sale price of $5 (was $13).
